TAP is a nonprofit organization that helps young people in Chester, Pennsylvania to succeed in high school; to apply to and be admitted to college; and to arrive at college having acquired the capacity to succeed there.
TAP’s Three Pillars of Success—Academic Achievement, Social Awareness, and Collegiate Identity—motivate, inform, and reinforce all that the organization does to achieve its mission.
TAP operates from the understanding that given the appropriate resources and support, all students are capable of achieving academic success.
TAP is a proud member of the Chester Youth Collaborative
TAP acknowledges the gracious support from The Fordham Street Foundation and Congregation Ohev Shalom. Grants from these two organizations, made in 2013, are helping TAP to enter into its next phase of service.
